What to expect: Upon arrival you will be provided with a robe you can wear into the sauna. We have lockers to store your valuable and clothing. We will get you hydrated before and after to get the most out of your service. It is best to heat your body up gradually. We have a set temp when you arrive but recommend you turn it up when you first get in to your level of comfort so you can build up a great sweat and you can adjust the temperature to your comfort. When getting out of the sauna we provide some wet towels to wipe down. If the shower is not being used for other spa services you can add a shower for a $5 add on. Honor your body if you find you are getting to warm and crack the door. Building your tolerance up to the heat can be very beneficial with regular use.

Far Infrared saunas heat your body directly using infrared light. Far Infrared saunas emit the same wavelength of infrared light the sun emits without the damaging ultraviolet (UV) wavelengths that can cause skin cancer.
